We are delighted to welcome you to our practice and are pleased that you chose us to serve your dental needs. Your first visit will take approximately 1 hour and you can expect:

• An introduction to our office and staff.
• A thorough examination and assessment of your oral health, including necessary x-rays, measurements of your gum tissue and oral cancer screening.
• A discussion of the most satisfactory treatment plan to meet your oral health goals.

To facilitate being seen just as soon as possible at the time of your appointment, we would appreciate it if you would print and complete the Patient Information Form on the website before your arrival or come a 15 minutes earlier to relax and complete the form in our office. Please bring any insurance cards if applicable.

X-Rays  If you have had a recent full mouth series of dental x-rays please contact your previous office for their policy in releasing your dental records and bring them to your first appointment. If you are unable or do not have any x-rays we will take them at the time of your visit to complete your examination.
